Introduction
Shopee, the leading e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan, has been recognized for its easy, safe and fast online shopping experience. Supported by a strong payment system and reliable logistics, Shopee has become the main choice for consumers in this region. Shopee faces an exciting challenge: maintaining its dominance while catering to the evolving needs of its users, particularly in Singapore. Our research indicates a significant opportunity to enhance the user experience (UX) through a strategic redesign of the Shopee mobile app. Singaporean shoppers crave a more intuitive and efficient way to find products.
