Introduction
AI assistant apps are always my favorite to use as case studies. Google is renowned for its data-driven approach to product development, constantly analyzing user behavior and feedback to improve the user experience. The current Gemini app, while functional, has received user feedback indicating several areas for improvement. Users have reported missing features compared to Google Assistant, slower performance, and limited integration with third-party apps. These issues have highlighted the need for a comprehensive redesign to enhance both the visual and functional aspects of the app, making it more compelling and user-friendly. The redesign concept aims to elevate the app’s visual aesthetics, improve information hierarchy, and streamline the overall user journey. By addressing user complaints and enhancing the app’s usability, the goal is to create a more seamless and efficient experience that better meets user needs.
