Introduction
The Indonesian digital banking landscape is experiencing a boom, with younger generations increasingly embracing online financial services. Blu BCA, a subsidiary of the leading bank BCA, is well-positioned to capitalize on this trend. However, user reviews and recent data indicate that the current Blu BCA mobile app design falls short of user expectations. This project aims to address these shortcomings through a user-centered redesign of the login and home sections of the Blu BCA mobile app. By leveraging valuable financial performance data (2023) and user insights, we can create a more user-friendly and efficient experience that attracts and retains Gen Z and Millennial users.
